Yes. With the light off, the artwork appears black and white with a rainbow-shifting holographic effect. Turn the light on and the backlight shines through to reveal the full-color version.

No two viewing angles will look exactly the same. The holographic colors shift depending on the viewing angle, room lighting, and surrounding environment. This changing rainbow effect is part of what makes each lightbox unique.

Yes. The lightbox is designed to look good both on and off. With the light off, you see the black-and-white holographic artwork. With the light on, the full-color image is revealed.

The lightbox is 6 inches wide by 8 inches tall and approximately 1 3/16 inches deep. The visible artwork area is 5 inches wide by 7 inches tall.

Yes. Each lightbox includes a power cord and plug so it is ready to use when it arrives.

To display the full-color artwork, the lightbox needs to be plugged in. The lightbox uses a wired power connection to illuminate the full-color artwork.

We typically ship custom lightboxes within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed. If we need another photo or additional information from you, production may take a little longer.

Yes. Each custom lightbox is individually prepared, assembled, and made to order in Hawaii.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Because each lightbox is custom made specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Because custom lightboxes are made specifically from your photo or artwork, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. If your lightbox arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help make it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged lightbox and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

You should only upload photos, logos, artwork, or designs that you own or have permission to use. We may decline orders containing copyrighted or trademarked material if you do not have permission to reproduce it.
